“Monte Carlo Simulations of harmonically trapped atoms with spin-orbit coupling"
Abstract
Recent experimental realizations of the synthetic gauge fields in cold
atoms induced interest to description of systems with spin-orbit
coupling. In my talk I will discuss development of Monte Carlo
algorithms for the systems with spin-orbit coupling and demonstrate
their implementation on the example of the few-body trapped system
with contact interaction and Rashba and Dresselhaus spin–orbit
coupling.
