Nura Ahmad, PhD of the department, interviewed in El Periódico

Nura Ahmad, born in Kano, Nigeria, is currently studying a doctorate at the School of Agriculture of Barcelona (ESAB), led by Daniel López Codina and Clara Prats in a program to improve tuberculosis control in Nigeria.

On February 26, Gemma Tramullas, a journalist from El Periódico, interviewed Nura Ahmad, a PhD student in the doctoral program of the department within the Computational Biology and Complex Systems Group (BIOCOM- * SC), where emphasis is placed on the obstacles that it represents the lack of material means in the academic progress.

Under the phrase "I always look for the way to continue on foot," the journalist synthesizes hours of conversation with the student in a very interesting text.
